The May 2009 Christian Mission trip that was just completed saw much devastation still from the continual hurricanes & flooding of 2008.

The HOPE II act will help bring the building blocks necessary for Haiti to begin to sustain it’s own existence. But only if everyone can come together and donate to Haiti now, because every city is in such despair the people of Haiti are far beyond being able to cope with or even maintain life much less prosper in the current situation they are all facing of not enough food or safe drinking water.
World Harvest Missions Outreach supports the growth and development of Haiti with Christian Mission Trips that take Doctors & Medical Staff to Haiti. Haiti Latest News is the “Spare Change Drive” to Provide Safe Water for Haiti in 2009 Started by a Non Profit Child Charity and Haiti Orphanage
Safe Water for Haiti in 2009 makes Haiti recent and latest news for non profit child charity World Harvest Missions Outreach and Haiti Orphanage New Life Childrens Home with their “Spare Change Drive”.
The back to back hurricanes during the summer of 2008 created a severe situation in Haiti that affected over 800,000 people. The flood waters are going down and are gone in some places but have left total destruction in their place. Food and safe drinking water are in very short supply.
Death from water borne disease is the current highest killer followed by starvation, especially in children.
Millions of dollars in aid and support have been pouring into the country but it is only making a small impact upon what is needed. There have been recent food riots when supplies come in and security has heightened. There is just not enough to help everyone.
World Harvest Missions Outreach and New Life Childrens Home charities have been loading donations of food, water and medical supplies in containers for shipment and distribution in Haiti, while also working with Mayor Masters of Riviera Beach, Florida and other charities on distribution of donations of additional aid supplies.
World Harvest Missions Outreach has been bringing God’s Love, food, water and medical supplies to the remote villages of Haiti for 35 years plus rescuing sick and dying children bringing them to their Haiti Orphanage New Life Childrens Home to care for them and is always looking for people to join a Christian mission trip to Haiti.
Despite the 35 years of World Harvest Missions Outreach work along with the work of so many other charities collecting donations and non profit child charity groups and organizations over the years in Haiti, the Haitian people continue to suffer from setbacks because of the yearly hurricanes which always flood and pollute the drinking water and wipe out the food crops.
With the current state of economics in the world the United States along with many other countries cannot afford to continue trying to solve this problem with aid sent after the fact. A more permanent solution to this problem of unsafe drinking water and food shortages needs to be found and implemented before the hurricanes begin.
World Harvest Missions Outreach has joined forces with organizations that have found a solution for the unsafe water in Haiti and it is ready to be implemented with target dates of delivery and distribution in Haiti by the end of Feb. 2009 and are also in the research and development phase of an emergency food supply system to begin production sometime in 2009.
The solution for unsafe water in Haiti can be implemented from the manufacturing process thru distribution into Haiti for 7 pennies per day per person and is very simple to use plus completely portable in case of an emergency evacuation due to hurricanes and flooding.
The charities organizing donations are World Harvest Missions Outreach and Haiti orphanage New Life Childrens Home by starting a grass roots effort for a spare change drive. With the ability to give a person in Haiti safe water for 7 pennies per day, spare change collected can help lots of people.
Anyone interested in helping in this “Spare Change Drive” for these charities collecting donations should contact safewaternow@gmail.com or call 561-856-8860 to request all the information. Visit http://www.WorldHarvestMissionsOutreach.org and http://www.NewLifeChildrensHome.org for information also.
Many organizations have already joined this effort with donations because time is running out to order, ship and distribute throughout Haiti before the 2009 hurricane season.

Haiti Latest and Recent News from our Christian Mission Trip
The recent rescue trip by World Harvest Missions Outreach found tragedy and devastation everywhere.
In Cabaret the houses were sitting in water. People were homeless everywhere. Someone made a comment, “have you noticed all the people out at night, more so than in the day?” The reason is the people have nowhere to sleep.”
We made a stop at an orphanage in Cabaret and gave them food: rice, beans, vita-meal, greens plus and some medication. We took footage of it on video (which will be posted soon) because these people had nothing. The children were sick with runny noses, they had no toys to play with and they put two children to a twin bed without linens. It was hot without hardly any ventilation in the dreary rooms. We will be coming back to help them.
Conditions were terrible in Gonaives. People were walking around like robots, shoveling out mud into wheel burrows pushing it out into their alleyway road and dumping it into mounds. We had to weave around the mountains of mud and hoped we didn’t have to back up or turn around.
We were told that over 800 people were reported dead in Gonaives alone and many were still missing. People are shoveling into dead bodies that were buried in the mud as they are clearing the packed mud from in and around their homes. The mud is over knee deep and packed down now.
These people in Haiti are in desperate need of help just to survive. They are drinking flood water and have no food.
We delivered food for 1000 families and there were 4000 families still waiting in line for food. It was hard to look at the little starving children and know there was no more food.
Your donations will save so many lives. The price of one meal out here will feed children for weeks in Haiti. Please find it in your heart to save a child’s life and donate now.
A child in Haiti thanks your with their life.
